screw-in sensors
Screw-in resistance sensors are ideal for surface measuring. They are screwed directly into the component and are available with various thread sizes. The PWF 60 can be assembled without cable twisting. The loose G ¼” with 17 mm key size screw-in nipple is screwed into the thread hole and presses the plane sensor tip on to the component. The passage from sensor to compensating wire is conical strain relieved. An Ø 8 x 65 mm spring is used as anti-kink protection. Standard leads are galvanized copper wires with PFA- and fiberglass insulation and covered by fiberglass and steel metal braid.
