Cartridge Heaters find their usage especially in tool heaters, die slots, special machinery construction, screen changers and filter devices in the polymer processing industry, with packaging machinery and for air heating.

Connection options

connection option A: fibreglass insulated nickle leads up to 250 °C (GLS 250), 400 °C (GLS 400) or 700 °C (GLS 700)
connection option B: additonal covered with fibre glas hose coated (250 °C) or uncoated (400 °C)
connection option C: single leads additionally covered with coated fibre glass hose (250 °C), uncoated (400 °C)
connection option E: high temperature stable leads with ceramic beads up to 600 °C
connection option F: with earth wire
connection option G: with screw terminals
connection option H: screw terminals for smaler diameters
connection option I: 3-core cable and metal braided hose steel or stainless steel + earth wire up to 250 °C / 400 °C / 700 °C
connection option K: 3-core cable and spiral hose steel or stainless steel + earth wire up to 250 °C / 400 °C / 700 °C
connection option K: additonally with corrugated hose + earth wire up to 250 °C / 400 °C / 720 °C
connection option L: moisture protection, head cast with silicone + silicone or PTFE leads up to 200 °C
connection coption M: angular block with metal braided hose + earth wire
connection option N: angular tube with metal braided hose + earth wire
connection option NR: round block rectangulair with metal braided hose + earth wire for diameter 16 mm
connection option O: + plug eg. KO 300 16A 250V
connection option Q: + socket eg. KO110/T200 10A/250V available as well with satety stirrup
connection option S: with steel or brass screw in nipple for fastening or as disassembly kit
