HEAT-COOL-COMBINATIONS

Cast

APPLICATIONS

operating temperature aluminium: up to 450 °C brass: up to 650 °C (measured at the heated side) Applications The robust Heat-Cool-Combination out of cast material are used for the heating and cooling of extrusion machinery.

  • minimal pre-heat time at highest possible cooling capacity optional with air or liquid cooling
  • best possible heat and cool distribution

Options

  • various dimensions and clamp-/ connection versions up to IP 67 protection
  • other voltage and/or wattage
  • EX-protected design with ATEX-certificate
  • additional with insulation, cooling jacket or casted cooling tube
  • cooling rip versions as per consultation
  • orientation to heating or cooling
  • various shapes and machining on own chill-/ sandcasting and modern CNC centres
  • with holes and cut outs
  • temperature control with integral temperature sensors
  • aluminium
    or brass
  • cooling
    air or liquid cooling

Cast HEAT-COOL-COMBINATION

Construction

  • Heating and cooling function over the entire zone length
  • Half-shell heating and cooling jacket
  • Ribbed surface
  • Increased radiation area
  • Variations of cooling fins on request

Construction with air cooling and standard cooling fins
