Circulation/Fresh Air Ovens design examples

APPLICATIONS

These dryers are suitable for various application within industrial drying:

  • drying of synthetic granulates
  • annealing of synthetic components
  • heating of various parts out of metal, rubber, ceramic, paper, etc.

We select for every drying job the perfect air guidance. According to customers

  • component size
  • component arrangement
  • loading capacity

we select either vertical, horizontol or double-sided air guidance.The best flow possibility of the parts inside the dryer will be allways considered. If steam, moisture or similar will be release durching the drying or annealing process dryers with fresh, circulation or exhaust air slides are recommended. A continuous adjustable ventilation flap system is feeding fresh air equal volumes of exhaust air will be steamed out with a tube socket. This exhaust tube socket can be enlarged with tube to lead the saturated air outside. There are drawers, support bearing with perforated plates or complete supporting racks for loading inside. The Dryer has 100 mm high foods which allows an easy loading with a lift truck. Dryer designs with base plates allow a direct loading/access to dryer with racks. For subsequent temperature improvement we offer adustable shutter plates at air entering side. The adjustment is as per requirements. There are as well solution for limited space available.  Dryers in two-parted designs can pass small doors to be placed and fitted at the correct spot. For an already realised project we "put a dryer aside" to achieve maximum internal tank heights with limited alignment height. See design example 3 - part# 2008235.

This Circulation/Fresh Air Oven is used for heating 2 solvent-free steel tools: size of 1st tool: 1,200 x 900 x 300 mm high (ca. 1,800 kg) size of 2nd tool: 1,200 x 900 x 200 mm high (ca. 1.200 kg)

This Circulation/Fresh Air Oven is used for drying and heating of solvent-free synthetic parts. The requirement of heating small amounts has been realised in a „door-to-door system“. There is a hinged rack for loading in the oven. The small door avoids heat loss with loading and unloading of parts.

This Circulation/Fresh Air Oven is used for drying cermic filling materials (medicine application) in stainless steel barrels. Corresponding to hygiene requirements the internal and external tank is out of stainless steel. The arrangement and the required temperature tolerance is realised by lateral fitted blowers.

This Circulation/Fresh Air Oven is used for heating solvent-free synthetic tubes before forming procedure. Twisting of the tubes in connection with the warm air flow offers an equal heating.

CONSTRUCTION

  • three zone temperature control with electronic temperature protection for exact temperature control

  • flanged medium pressure blower at backside of oven for axial air flow within the tubes. The addtional butterfly valve is responsable for the control of the air volume.
