Surface Mounting/Tool Sensors
Surface Mounting/Tool Sensors are for measuring round or plane surfaces. The temperature sensor is screwed on the cylinder like a hose clip. DIN 3017 screw hose clips are used as clamp bands. Band and casing are out of 1.4015 Material and the screw is galvanized steel with cross slot. Our standard sizes are Ø 12 – 22 mm up to Ø 90 – 110 mm 9 mm wide and from Ø 100 – 120 mm 12 mm wide. A complete 1.4301 stainless steel version is as well available. The thermocouple is 90° soldered from the screw. The passage of leads and protection tube serves as mechanical protection. Axial and radial cable exit is as well available.
