APPLICATION

Insertion resistance sensors with bayonet cap are mainly used in moulds and tools of the polymer processing industry. With the 110° sensor tip the sensor is matching to the sensor hole. The angular head with 7.5 mm height is especially flat. The 200 mm long 1.4310 material guarantees a solid fixture with the plane measurement surface and supports as expansion compensation. The bayonet cap has an 8 mm spring thread and an internal Ø of 12.3 mm. By twisting of the bayonet cap the fitting length can be changed. Standard leads are galvanized copper strand, with fiberglass meshing and steel metal braid.
